In this assignment you are required
to plan a short instructional program in your workplace or community that addresses a particular instructional problem or instructional need and identify and discuss the problem or need;
to determine the specific objectives of the program
to relate the instructional design to one or more learning theories and justify its relevance;
to identify the two key contextual features of the instruction context (that is, the learners? characteristics and the setting; to identify the specific objectives of the program and the instructional events and processes through which the program will be delivered; and finally to identify and discuss, in broad terms, the assessment tasks you will use to determine student learning, realting these back to the learning theories that underpin the program.
