the relationship between advertisement business and IT industry


The research paper will require students to submit 8-10 double-spaced, typed pages regarding a topic identified in the textbook (Below) or another topic relative to this course.
Advertisement is one of the important factors when it comes to the marketing. In modern society web search engine or social network websites such as Google, Bing or Facebook are often used as a method of advertisement. As the time past, more methods of advertising have developed and many business industries are considering the web or internet as a method of product advertising. This research paper will be mainly focused on how Internet business is associated with marketing business, problems created by this relationship and the things both internet business and marketing business can gain from each other. Also the research paper will include the methods and the program used by internet business to advertise the products and how it is created. Throughout the paper we will be answering the questions such as when advertising through social network did become famous. What are some examples of advertising through social network website? What are the steps to advertise the product through social network website? Does the contract required? What is the existing policy of web advertisement? What methods are used by ITs to post the advertisement? What program is used to process this advertisement method? How does the relationship between IT and the business company will affect each other?

- Th¬e Web first started being a “commercial endeavor” around 1997
- Around 1998 Popular sites like Yahoo could charge $30, $50, even $100 per thousand impressions to run banner ads on their pages, called banner advertising.
- There are different types of web ads starting from banner ads to unicast ads.

- The contract may have different terms and conditions, rates and fee and service depending on the website.
- Advertiser may go through specific agencies or specific website without going through the agencies.

- Different types of banner and how they are made.

a. The popularity of web advertisement is viral and the effectiveness of it is better than any other advertisement method. Web advertisement is not only used for product advertisement but to promote other categories of business advertisement and personal beliefs.
